Delete Your RehabCardia Account
Last updated: 15 July 2026
RehabCardia accounts are created and managed by your healthcare provider, doctor, or clinic administrator. You can request deletion of your account and associated app data using the steps below.
In the app: open
Settings → Account → Delete my account. Your access is blocked immediately and your clinic is notified.
By email: write to
sr.cardiocare@gmail.com with the subject "RehabCardia account deletion request".
How to request account deletion
- In the RehabCardia app, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm. This blocks your account straight away and sends the request to your clinic.
- If you can no longer sign in, email sr.cardiocare@gmail.com from the email address used for your RehabCardia account.
- Include your full name, account email address, and clinic or doctor name so we can identify the correct account.
- We will verify the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete your RehabCardia profile and associated active app data, including:
- name, email address, phone number, and profile details
- assigned rehabilitation plans and exercise assignments
- workout/session completion history
- post-workout feedback, pain level, difficulty rating, and notes
- messages, notifications, appointment confirmations, and device push token
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for medical record, legal, security, audit, or backup obligations. This may include limited clinical records retained by your healthcare provider and security logs needed to protect the service.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on the normal backup rotation cycle. Deletion of clinical records may be subject to medical record retention laws applicable to your provider.
